These terms govern your purchase and use of Klario, a desktop application published by Mohamed EL Mansouri (“we”, “us”). By purchasing or using Klario you agree to these terms.

License grant

When you purchase Klario you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for your own professional or personal use, on the number of machines allowed by your license tier:

• Klario Solo — perpetual license for one user, activatable on up to 2 machines, includes all future updates.
• Klario Pro — perpetual license, activatable on up to 5 machines, includes all future updates.

Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute Klario; share your license key publicly; or reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software except where permitted by applicable law.

Purchases & refunds

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record — your contract of sale is with Lemon Squeezy. If Klario doesn't work for you, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

License validation & offline use

The app periodically validates your license key online. It works fully offline for up to 7 days between validations. We may deactivate license keys that are leaked, shared publicly, or obtained fraudulently.

Disclaimer of warranty

Klario is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Klario is a monitoring and visualization tool; some features can perform actions on your clusters (e.g. node drain, resource edits) and you remain solely responsible for any actions you take on your infrastructure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the software shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, downtime, or loss of profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
